Brazilian midfielder Casemiro is about to leave Manchester United at the end of the season. Recently, he accepted an in-depth interview on Ferdinand's YouTube channel "Rio Ferdinand Presents". He firmly stated that his decision to leave Manchester United will not change. At the same time, he supported his friend Neymar to be selected for Brazil's World Cup squad, and also praised Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Talking about Neymar
When talking about the prospect of Neymar returning to the national team after two and a half years, Casemiro declared: "My choice is – indeed, but you need to tell him first: 'Hey, Neymar, you can't play in every game.'".
He participated in every game and experienced it personally. In my opinion, this situation is not entirely satisfactory for him and does not meet his ideal state. I personally feel that he should come on as a substitute in the middle of the game – after all, the game has not come to an end at this moment, but has just entered a new stage of the process. Contributing a unique and distinctive assist, scoring a unique and ingenious goal, this is the role he should play. Ferdinand, standing next to him, agreed and echoed: "He has the ability to change the direction of the game and reverse the situation." Casemiro nodded in response and gave a positive reply: "Yes, it can indeed change the situation of the game. We don't have players like him who can change the situation in the game, really. So from my personal point of view, my opinion is positive. But in the end it still depends on the decision made by Ancelotti."

When talking about the Italian coach who will lead Brazil to the World Cup, Casemiro said emotionally: "Ancelotti is not only my coach, he is also my friend.".

Talking about why Ancelotti is so different, Casemiro said: "As far as I am concerned, the first thing is that he always understands what the players like and care about. He will invisibly make me willing to contribute to them-'I give you what you expect, and you give me the best of yourself.' But you don't win titles with a great coach – you have to have a great tactical system. You can't have just one thing right. But for me, the best thing is a coach who knows the players very well."

Regarding his future development at Manchester United, Casemiro once again declared his decision to leave the team without reservation, saying: "There is no chance. There is no chance at all.".
I don't think there is any possibility or opportunity, mainly based on what I said before, that is, to walk out from the gate with dignity. I think it's been a wonderful four years and I will always be grateful to the club and to the fans. But I feel like I have to leave in a very good position, I have to go out at the top.
